A Brain Drain In Reverse, Back To India

A stage comes in lots of people especially Indians who are out of the country for pursuing highereducation,good employment or for good money to leave the homeland and go to US of Americaor UK or other countries.In a typical indian software services company it is purely for onsite experience, people desperatelywait for one just to see what the other world is like :-)
